Container Cleaning Solutions
Carleton Helical Technologies engineers and fabricates container cleaning solutions. The In-Line Ionized Air Rinser and the FG Container Rinser are refined container cleaning machines. Both Riners efficiently remove debris from inside container with the assistance of Ionized Air.
Which cleaning system is right for you? This is dependent on the container and the set-up of the production line. Our engineers are available for guidance on which system is the correct fit for each production line.
In-Line Ionized Air Rinser
The Ionized Air Rinser is used for the cleaning of a various containers. It allows products to be cleaned in-line and is capable of running many product sizes with simple changeovers. The unit is protected from debris with the use of stainless-steel side panels.
The Ionized Air Rinser is designed for packaging lines that handle glass, plastic, metal, fiber and many other containers. The System utilizes the HP Invertor/Revertor System to rotate containers over an Ionized Air/Vacuum Assembly.

In-Line Ionized Air Rinser
Clean dry compressed air is supplied to the ionized air nozzles, which produces a turbulent airflow that pulls the debris towards the vacuum. Ionized nozzles distribute a positive charge inside and outside of the container, detaching the debris from the container. The vacuum collects debris into the filter canister for manual filter bag disposal at the end of the day, week or month depending on usage and accumulation of debris. Your choice of air (non-ionized), water, or rinsing solution is available upon request.

FG Container Rinser
The FG Container Cleaner and cap sterilizer swiftly grips, flips and cleans bottles, jars, caps, cans and other containers. The FG Cleaner works with production lines that need cleaning done parallel to the conveyor.
Containers are counted by photo eye and controlled by belt drives to ensure the proper number of containers are being cleaned. Then two pressurized arms lock the product into place, before lifting it into an inverted position to be blasted with ionized air. Finally, the pressurized arms place the products back on the production line for introduction to the next process.

FG Container Rinser
The FG Cleaner is fully customizable to any container specifications. Many FG Cleaners can be customized to run multiple different size containers.
